Questions
What counts as a request?
Each call with your token counts as one request, whatever the endpoint and however many events or markets the response contains. Event View accepts up to 10 event ids in one request.
What happens when I reach my limit?
The API answers with HTTP 429 and "error": "TOO_MANY_REQUESTS" until the time given in the X-RateLimit-Reset header. Nothing is billed on top of your plan. Add a volume add-on if you need more requests every hour.
Does the trial renew?
No. The trial is a one-off 24-hour pass. When it ends, your token stops working until you choose a monthly plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. The price difference is prorated for the rest of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If a charge looks wrong or the service did not work for you, contact support and we will review your request.
Where does the data come from?
We capture odds, scores, stats and results from bet365 as they appear there, and serve them through our own REST API. Odds Data API is not affiliated with bet365, and we do not accept bets.
